Does anybody use an outbound call center for making cold/warm calls? 

Instead I cold called for off market deals in Ohio and gave them to people to partner with.

Though it sounds straightforward to hire a PM and get the property rented, for some reason it gives me cold feet.

But coming in cold has its advantages and disadvantages.
