So I'm always thinking of new ways to create passive income and wanted your guys' opinion on this.The other day, I was looking at our marketing response and was impressed by the number of responses we were getting from such small batches of letters.

Ok but if understand what your saying the first batch of investors for some of these properties took a haircut.

All of them will be 2 bedrooms and 1 batch.  

It is unfortunate since we tend to fix homes up very nice and the poor responsibility for these class of rentals pushes out folks like us who want to provide a very nice home.I had looked at some large deals for batches of townhomes there in Columbus but just wasn't confident enough with the market to pull the trigger. 

I'm willing to do a few in small batches, but the bulk of my capital is in publicly-traded securities.

If you don't accept someone from this batch consider a price drop and renewal at a better time of year with an increase.

Starting to think that a "Package" CRM would be better.We would  like to find a CRM that has all these features integrated (batch texting, RVM, call management) and is EASY to use.Please share your experience with a killer CRM that has all these features integrated and is EASY TO USE.
