1 to 4 contract HELP

Hi guys! Thanks for taking the time to read this!! My name is Jake and I am a new investor in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I have been studying real estate for about 4 months now and have dove head first in it with everything I have! I have sent out my first batch of direct mail and I drive for dollars a lot! I also have my website set up and have gotten a couple of responses from their so I hope to have something under contract soon with plans of wholesaling to an end buyer! My problem is, I still do not feel comfortable with the TREC 1 to 4 contract and I do not feel I am able to confidently walk through it with the seller. I have reached out to a local law firm who has agreed to meet with me but it's not until two weeks from today. I sure wish I could get this info sooner. I would like to sit down with either a lawyer or a real estate vet with lots of experience in 1 to 4 contracts, in regards to wholesaling, to pick their brain a bit and answer some questions and maybe share some experience with me. In return I will buy lunch/dinner and drinks if desired. I get info, you/they get a free meal! It's a win win! :) If you are interested or know anyone who is, please reach out to me and let's set something up! I would really appreciate it! -Jake
