I bet you heard but the market around those areas are booming right now, especially since it is a buyers market, it gives you an advantage to get better deals from sellers while people are continously moving there, especially for jobs like tech, logistics, etc.

I know there are some amazing opportunities in both of these markets but if I was leaning toward one right now from what we have available I would go with OKC, looking closely at tax rates.

If the credit screening costs $25, then you earn nothing.I believe there are exceptions for a higher fee, but you have to stick to the actual cost of the screening.I would talk to an attorney before charging more than $25 per applicant.
