It's located in a low income area; the Airline district close to the airport

The area is 15 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes into city.

Looking to buy lots to develop in Seattle - Typical LR1 / LR 2 type conversion of Single family to 4 - 6 townhomes.Also looking to buy commercial lot in Burien / Everett (near new airport) or North Bend (near new Swedish hospital) What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I work from home and sometimes needs to travel, don't have kids so only requirement is anywhere max 1 hour traveling distance from any major airport.

I've had good luck getting deals in the suburbs of Detroit near the airport and have found excellent tenants - 100% airline employees.

My thought process was that there are a lack of houses around O-Hare airport.

I'm new to REI, which is one of the reasons I became interested is to be apart of the redevelopment process in Atl and CP/EP area near the airport.

With Cancun airport being such an easy airport with great flights to many destinations I can see how it is very easy to call Tulum home.  

I'm not as keen on the west side (College Park to Fulton Industrial) and Airport region unless we're talking commercial.
