@Megan Hadley i am happy to help in any way that i can. forget what Quicken said. i talked to them once and then they called me for months like vultures. they are very square in terms of their loan offerings. i stay far away from big banks.i am not normally flush with cash either. i utilize hard money and owner financing as many times as possible. i got into my first deal with FHA financing, 3.5% down and househacked my way to the next property. i do not do any traditional or conventional loans now though. let's talk. i am always happy to help. i also write articles for BP that you might find helpful. either way, let me know how i can help!

The closest thing I've seen to this is real estate investing talk is the process of analyzing deals with a property management fee, even if you plan to do it yourself.I'm very curious about whether or not anyone any part-time active real estate investors out there are paying salaries to themselves or family members (even if just on paper) and including that data in ROI calculations.
