I'd never use a PC based app, for one when not if the box crashes.  2) only one user at a time and only when you have that PC. 

My business start-up costs stand at $50; give or take a few dollars to buy gas for my trips to the public library.

These blogs is written for the state of California if you don’t at least have a basic understanding of the real estate principals and real estate financing applicable to your state, I suggest you go to your public library, book store, amazon.com, whatever and get a copy of the real estate principals, financing and laws that apply to your state.

That is what I have seen on the moving picture box.Seriously, I would wait for him to leave to go shoplift his next meal, pan handle, get his next fix, another bottle of wine, to go study at the law library...

Review some of the library of podcasts as well as review the learn section for interesting articles and get involved in the discussions; join some real estate investment groups and you have taken the first steps.
