Please keep in mind Med pay coverage is where you ask the insurance company to voluntarily pay for someone's injuries, so the injured party does not need to sue you under the General Liability policy.I have personally used this coverage on my homeowners policy. 

Flips, Rentals, MF, Wholetails, Commercial Flex/Med space, etc.  

I was studying to become a pediatrician and was finishing my last year in my pre-med course work in college.

After he left she was ok for a couple months until she went off her bi-polar meds and resumed drinking heavily and smoking crystal. 

Also real estate income is taxed differently, so that that into consideration.Also take into consideration the 7 years of med school, cost of med school, time to build the practice and get to $300k a year, cost of malpractice insurance, ect.  

Do you think they make meds for this? 

They now have a med school building named after them. :-)I was very fortunate to be able to surround myself with a great agent, and slowly built a team from there who I can trust.

@Caleb Heimsoth I did a pre-med undergrad, then switched directions entirely and went for an MBA.

I think you'd be better off with a mirror, or for not too much money Lowes sells med cabinets that have big oval mirrors over it, so they look more designer.

My current situation is like a lot of average people, I have a family I support, with a house bill, car bills, school loans and med and credit card bills.
