Were you ever an athlete?

I am a member of the Denver Athletic Club Real Estate Investors Club and an avid reader of real estate and business information.

Hi I am 21 years old and a college athlete interested in real estate.

Former professional athlete that was released from the team and looking to find a new stream of income.

I'm a student-athlete at the University of California Berkeley, and i'm interesting in learning more about real estate investing! 

However, the lottery winners, former pro athletes, or whoever the person is that can blow through tens of millions would do the same if if were ten of thousands, or hundreds of millions.I know that if I had $10m, then I'd want $50m... not $10.35m. 

I revisited the idea two more times (2007 & 2010) but hit roadblocks, got discouraged, and decided to work on my college education, get a cosmetology license, open up a small makeup boutique (which is now closed) & focus on my three student athletes. 

It is one of the premier winter vacation getaways with a major influx of retirees and professional athletes in the November to April time frame.

Those things are my loved ones, adventure,  and experience.As a lifelong athlete, I love and thrive in a competitive environment.
