My name is Garrett Pickering and I am 20 years old. I’ve wanted to do real estate since I was about 15-16 and have been doing my research since then. I’m interested in buying and renting out multifamily homes as well as renovating and reselling properties (specifically foreclosures.) My current plan is to save for licensing and get a license as an agent to learn more about finding deals and listings. I also want to find an investor in a good area and work with a team of investors. What is the best place in Arizona for real estate in general? If not in Arizona, where else is popular and why? Any tips or guidance on getting started is greatly appreciated. -Garrett
