Throw a LED bulb in there. look for someone storing a car or similar.

I see many folks think becasue they have rentals they should get same rates for these high risk complicated loans.. and never get them done becasue they keep shopping and getting led down the rabbit hole with promises of funding that never arrives.. 

There is an excellent dealmakers group led by @jjgritts, well attended by wholesalers and investors. 

So perhaps this could imply that the tenants are not paying rent and that is what led the borrower to default?

I would add vinyl plank flooring, energy effiecent fixtures (led bulbs,low flow shower heads, water saver toilets.)

But on the other side, I wouldn't mind seeing if Boyle Heights could create a positive renaissance age that is led by both it's own community and the newcomers.

His work is the type where they put excessive sub-woofers and flat screens all over show vehicles, turn a Suburban into a 2-seater with 9 feet of 47billion watts worth of subs, wrapped in flowing body-colored fiberglass with computer controlled LEDs, and make golf carts thump while they cruise car shows.
