Thinking about switching managers

I'm okay with my current manager. I found her because she led a RE investing group. The thing that irritates me the most is that she hasn't raised the rent in the past 3 years. I found out that my rents were way below market, I had to contact them to raise the rents from $1000 to $1200 a floor.

I think I' small fish, they manage condo complexes and I'm a small dude with 1 triplex. I bought it through her sister, hoping it would win me brownie points.

That being said, I don't have any major complaints about her or her company. But depending on who's managing my account it can be hard to get in touch with them, they forget things that we talked about, etc.

She's 78 years old though, which is very concerning.

I'm thinking about going through my old associate(who was an employee of my current manager). Very sharp guy, switching to buildium. Talks the "investor talk" which I definitely relate to. He's in his 50s. When he managed my property, it seemed like it was doing its best and he was always on top of stuff.

What do you think?
