Spoke to my attorney today, who represents many Short Sale Investors, and he informed me to clients of his last week got either approvals or affidavits (can't remember) from Wells and Chase requiring the buyer to sign stating a lot of garbage including they wont resell for 30 days. 1 from each.

What I mean buy that is they wont find the buyer on their own.

Now that they know that MH has been in the county for two years and they lost out on a couple hundred bucks they wont give me anything until that issue is resolved.

So I withdrew my offer but now I am thinking to make a lesser offer and try to get a variance to at least make the property a 4 units.My question; 1- How can i put a new offer because the realtor told me the bank wont consider my new offer because I withdrew a first on2- Does anyone have any success or what is the best way to convince the city to at least keep the property a 4unit.Thanks for any suggestion
