Your real options are; become a better buyer (investor) or risk losing all your money buying overpriced dog crap properties in some far away place you wouldn't ever imaging wanting to visit with the exception of passing through on your way to someplace better.

Saw you post from last year - I know of a very upscale Bed & Breakfast that is expanding, due its' demand for accommodation, expanding restaurant hours and it being a number one draw for wedding venues and mansion buyouts. 

I think it will turn out to be a pretty good investment since there is soooo much to do in the area, plus wedding venues and the resort hotels are very expensive....although it's a bit risky in that you never know what type of neighbors you'll have.

What kind of images demanded your attention?

I've been twidling my thumbs in reference to REI for months.I've been researching for months and was getting overwelmed with all the different aspects of REI.I had read a few books,visited various websites and webinars.I finally calmed myself and decided last wed to start off with bird-dogging and wholesaling.

Look them up and check out their work.I'd imaging your building costs are pretty high.  

Do "big picture" images that show the majority of the room, then get closer to show the detail of specific damages.

I would not live here, I would use it as a wedding venue.

At 525k purchase price I'd image a payment north of 3k.
