What type of loan would I need?

Hey everyone, I had a question about buying land and building a house and barn on it. I would not live here, I would use it as a wedding venue. I have some money for the down payment but I’m wondering what kind of loan this would fall under. I will be either borrowing money as a business, or borrowing money as an individual saying I will live there and later turning it into a business. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance!
