Hi BP Community,

I wanted to find out your opinion on which is the best way to outsourced the putting and picking up bandit signs?

I am thinking of hiring someone to put them every Friday and to pick them up every sunday, and paying them say $10 per day (around 20-25 bandit signs)
but how can make sure he/she is in fact doing the job?

any other ideas?

thanks!!

I have really been thinking a lot about these lately. We tend to tell each other what works here in BP and you end up with this "group think" where everyone starts doing the same thing, with the same wording, with the same offer.

So, what if we did things that were a little edgy or silly? Like a pic of pig with lipstick on a postcard that says "Don't dress it up - sell your house for CASH right now!" or whatever.

Think about the things that you notice - what caught your eye? What kind of images demanded your attention? I look at ALL my direct mail I get at home for ideas. I really think we have an opportunity to be innovators in marketing. There is some risk when you try really nutty things, but what is the risk of doing the SAME THING as everyone else?

I think about this stuff all the time =) Really enjoyed this thread!
