Any rental guarantee should be offered directly by the developer/builder or as a separate third-party policy NOT tied to the tenant, but rather tied to the property (as we do it).

You need an appraisal more than comparables - unless the comparables are in the same condition in the neighborhood.I would imagine if either party to the divorce are using an attorney, the attorney will order an appraisal.

is not waterproof and will not stand up against crap that happens in the kitchen.Use ceramic or porcelain with dark grout.I have beige tile with charcoal grout.
