There are ways we MAY be impacted but we won't know for sure until the final bill is locked in.Regardless, I think it will be an improvement for the overall economy which will impact us all in positive ways.

Hi Forum,I think part of my problem with the idea behind my uninsulated hunter's cabin... is the idea of having it not rent out in order to meet its expenses.So here's my question / scenario:Is it bad practice to try and get it occupied before it's available?

This is important because it also improves the attractiveness of your listing and increases bookings.

Makes the assumption that contributing to charities is standard practice.

@Sally Fairchild, A traditional reverse 1031 improvement exchange would be prohibitively expensive for such small amounts. 

I’d recommend doing something in the evenings and freeing yourself up during the day to build your network, shadow someone more experienced, research as much as you can about your market and attend as many community events as you can and practice working the crowd while you are there.

You could push some equity with just a few improvements over a year or two.
