Good morning BP! I’m curious about the new tax bill that is being passed right now and how it will effect tax strategies moving forward. I know that there are pros and cons to everything. Do any of you see this as a good thing? Are any of you concerned about how it will effect your strategies now? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks

Nothing yet. The deductions are the same. This is a business.  As fro 1031 exchange deferment there will be limitation.  However the like property exchange applies.  I understand if you want to sell your restaurant and want to exchange for an apartment etc there will be some restriction.
