Learning is full of trial and error, and huge checks written to colleges and universities, for the purpose of the formal education, which in the end you will learn anyway, simply in the school of hard knocks.

This is close to DePaul University and the fun city neighborhoods. 

And the reality, whether we like it or not, is that "landlords" are an almost universally despised group of of folks - especially where politics are concerned.
