I'm currently direct-mailing borrowers in foreclosure every two weeks.I use Accurint to find their current address.I just recently discovered that most of the borrowers have email addresses as well.Does anyone have experience w/ email marketing to borrowers in foreclosure or something similar?

A tax deed sale/foreclosure wouldn't necessarily notify a tenant if they had a different address for the owner.If you PM me the address, I can look it up, and probably tell you what happened.
