Sorry guys too busy here to read the entire post however I did read Bills...The wise men who set up NAR back in the days of web presses and carrier pigeons described the seller as someone other then the deed holder.

Don't give up, it will work for you if you keep pressing on!

I would note that a lot of these relationships further develop face to face, so don't forget to also hop off the computer every once and a while and press the flesh with some other investors face to face!

As in it didn't look like something some kid pounded a 1000 off of on a printing press.
