I know that there is a website that lists 203k contractors but I prefer to use recommended contractors and have them complete work on a 3 flat.

I’m not trying to pick on you, I just wish I didn’t see so much dubious investing advice on some of these websites.

@Jose Amezaga, I suggest you look on the Small Business Administration website to help with understanding what it takes to get a business up and running. 

This website is a great resource for people just starting out in the REI world.

The HUD website home page says no updates will be made during the shutdown, so it seems uncertainty will increase the longer the shutdown lasts.

The terms based on our our policies that stated clearly on our website however  it seems that they like to argue.

I think there are some giant deals waiting within only 5 miles of my home considering my county website looks to have hundreds of code violation properties with "unsafe/unlivable" descriptions nearby.

From what I have read on the IRS website and other websites, this designation can be a little gray.
