Can you ebay, FB marketplace, and cash out some things  you don't use any more.....I often see garages full of treasures gathering dust.....do you have a storage unit you could clean out?

What are some of the best options for rental kiosks and payment processing systems (ACH & CC)? Can you pass on the credit and payment processing fees to tenants?

They only do Self storage insurance, thus their rates are lower and they are specific to self storage coverage (example Auction coverage). 

But, worst-case.. another storage closet in the meantime I suppose.

Eventually, I would also like to invest in a storage facility. 

Ring is a cloud storage solution and all video is shipped off to some data center somewhere.

NNN and self storage can be quite interesting too and less labor intensive! 

And I have 4 more of each in storage.

Greetings Fellow BP Investors and Generally Amazing Peeps,I'm developing a plan to purchase a large-ish property (>half-acre) with a SFR already in place, and then add 2-5 RV pads with hookups, and possibly some self-storage to maximize profitability of the land, and enable my wife and I to live on-site in our RV while we do the rehab and development.I recently spoke with an RV park investor (shoutout to @Brandon Hobbs) who helped me flesh out a lot of areas, foremost of which was clarifying my exit strategy.
