New to Real Estate investing in Dallas, TX

I just recently discovered bigger pockets and Feel motivated to buy my first rental property. We currently live in our first home that was financed through a VA loan 0% down. We dont plan on moving since we built the house with the plan of not moving for a long time. We want to buy our first rental but dont have any money saved for 20% down payment. Any ideas as to how to get started here in the Dallas area?
