I wish I had that crystal ball that could precisely tell me when to buy and sell for maximum profit.Be smart with what you buy, don't over leverage, pay your mortgage back with inflation adjusted $$$.Tell me where you want your money to be during a time of medium to high inflation.I can see inflation already in food prices, gas prices, home prices, rents, building commodities.....no matter what the government tells you that inflation is not here yet....

I think they cater to members with $1M + in assets, which it sounds like you would qualify for, it's also only 1 agent that you deal with for all banking needs ie: mortgage, LOC, investments etc.

It is a 40,000 sq ft shopping center that has a vacant food lion(recenetly moved out grocery store), a family dollar, chinese food place, papa johns, nail salon and a H&R block.

You've got free food (food stamps), free housing, and free healthcare, all while driving around in a lexus; which I may add is the most hideous $70k car that I have ever seen, yet can't find the time to do whatever it is you have to do to get money for rent...

You can help research local charities for them to get shelter, clothes, food.
