For most people starting with limited capital, it is usually best to start flipping to be able to re-inject capital back in your company.

I run a fairly large plumbing company with 20 employees and even my company gets only a few calls every year for sewage ejector pumps and since the pumps and pits are so nasty we turn the calls away.It is impossible for a plumber's snake to ruin a sewage ejector pump and they are made to handle Tampons and baby wipes.

I’ve also taken the step to enhance my involvement in the market by obtaining a real estate license and establishing a property management company.

Including, but not limited to, contractors, lenders, wholesalers, potential sellers, potential buyers, attorneys, title company, inspectors (all types!)
