Ultimately, you'll want to have a critical mass of clients to make it worthwhile, and before you get committed it would be great to see if you can get to that.  

Its been a while since we had some activity on this thread and thought it was worth while to bump it here.I continue to hear about how newbies want to start out by wholesaling so they can raise enough capital for other investment strategies and I wanted to remind everyone that wholesaling is ONLY an exit strategy, not an investment strategy.

There are a handful of industry conferences throughout the year, it would be worthwhile to attend several if you are interested in the space.

Maybe if contacts for those addresses could be exported into the system, that would make it worthwhile.

I was wondering what people thought of the OHIO market along with the Columbus market and whether for starting out it was an area that would be worthwhile.
