My advise is only attend the free seminar but do not waste your $2000.

@Kyle Hipp My mistake, I misread his post and thought he wast literally saying to say shut up and listen to the PR.

Most lenders I know would let you know if there is a problem before ordering the appraisal, cause they don't want to waste their time either.

Also, load a picture, it's better for networking.

I am not sure how well you know him, but he is probably asking so he is not wasting his time and basically prescreening.

Honestly, I have always had real estate on the brain, it was going to be my chosen family investment profession regardless of my wife and I's professions, but seeing as I am at home with my kid for now, why waste time waiting to invest when I could just start now?

And don't waste your time if they have an issue with it.

I don't even waste my time with these.If you have the money to pay for some third-party something, why not use that money to become a Realtor instead?
