This is all spread out on about 1/2 acre lot.The owner when I took the tour was talking about them being permitted as non-conforming structures and as additional living space.

Once have some idea, find few reputable TK providers, vet them heavily by taking input and experience from their existing investors, fly there check their operations, tour the neighborhoods and quality of rehab, take notes.

We went on the Disney Vacation Club tour and are considering buying into it since we do go to Disney in CA or FL at least once a year.However, I quickly started searching online for the option of buying a vacation rental property instead.
