@Jose Castillo go to all your local estate agent offices and ask if they have any old cor flute signs lying about (with a blank white side) Usually they do and you an get them for nothing.Bandit signs are my highest form of lead generation if you have any more questions regarding this I would love to chat about it.Billy  

@Max T.My opinion is, the less moving parts, the less technology equals less service calls.

VERY unfortunately, there are many that believe it is OK to mislead sellers and use BS clauses (LIES) to get out of contracts.

One of these has to be a lie so this obviously stinks to high heavens.The scammer who originally called the wholesaler has not been identified, that I’m aware, and I don’t know if the police know who he is.

I really don't think remotes for fans are a HUGE necessity, even if it is good technology, I don't think people would find it practical.

@Harry McNamara To me the answer to this question lies in what you're going to do with the equity. 

There is a simple answer to the thought proposal and that lies in the percentage of multifamily students that end up buying 100+ unit apartment communities and the inverse percentage that do not.

If on the other hand they lied and their background check is nothing like we discussed I just ghost them for wasting my time, they know why they weren't selected.
