(Don't want to wait though)Depending on the  property - you  will likely going to need to  up your offer price  and  loan amount to  correspond to the higher  price ...a  40K increase in price wont  make a  huge  difference on the new loan amt ...if this   ruins the   #s  on the  deal - wait for  another property where it makes sense

This is something I was considering, but time is not something I have in abundance...This gives me a good idea though, I have an adult son with high functioning Autism that is presently out of work due to the pandemic.

Timed the sale for my son's college.

I will be in Park City for the week 6/20-2/26 while my son is in camp and would love to hear thoughts on best neighboring area to look in for STR.

We still have a shortage of apartments to housing more students that are moving in.Some parents will buy 3 or 4 bedrooms homes to put their son or daughter and rent the rest, so the cost of living for their son/daughter is free.Lynchburg is a great place to live, invest and raise a family.Will be selling my house with the additional two vacant lots next Dec for Retirement and downsize; but will still be living Lynchburg, VA.We have Liberty University, Lynchburg University; Central VA Community College "CVCC"; and the Biggest Hospital with 200 miles "Cental Virginia General Hospital", all within 15 minutes' drive from each other.  

Both of my sons did that, as well as friends I helped start investing.

My son has just begun therapy and his school is in the process of testing him for hopefully putting him into a more advanced inclusive classroom (disabilities).

Recently my son joined and found the site to be particularly difficult to navigate and actually gave up trying to sign up with the tenant screening company.

My son lives in 1 room while he's finishing his Masters at York University .
