They should be able to clean out a holding tank easily enough clearing tampons, pads, plastic wrappers etc.

Some companies also write coverage under a commercial form (Business Owners or Package policy).Things you want to discuss with the agent:- what policy form is best for your situation- What coverage will be quoted (be wary of Actual Cash Value and Basic Form)- What are the optional coverage (sewer backup, equipt breakdown, water/sewer line coverage,...) choices and are they right for your situation- What Deductible to use (Higher the deductible the lower the premium) Some things to be wary of (as they limit the insurance companies that will write the property or raise the cost)- Underground tanks (active or inactive)- Knob & Tube or Aluminum wiring- Tenants with dogs that are on the restricted lists (ie. pitbulls, ...)- Roofs over 20 years old- Plumbing, Heating, or Electrical that has not been updated- Fuses- Flat Roofs- Asbestos sidingAre just a few examples.
