It's sad but some people are going to lose out and have to leave for various reasons.

The real sad part for my experience with him was that he was referred to me by someone who I thought was straight shooter.

if not, then it'd be a definite nonow about the burst pipe...i don't worry about those too much in charlotte, but to be honest, i'm sad to admit i don't even know if my insurance covers that!

Now, sad to say, they have over built in the larger areas where I appraise (not in the town where I live but in Fayetteville and Bentonville).
