Are there any mortgage professionals from AZ (or who lend in AZ) who do bridge mortgage loans on residential properties?

He is very professional, reasonably priced, and sends me very detailed invoices.

I've been listening to the Podcasts and in episode 152 a video is discussed about the pros and cons of 30k rentals.  

I should be there as I'm always interested in learning and to continue to better myself as a professional.

@Scott Costello really active here on Bigger Pockets had set up his own site w/ a professional web developer who was great... but wasn't stellar at setting up a site that performs well... and it got ranked well and got some leads... but then he setup a Carrot site and gets 5x more leads through his Carrot site vs. his custom site.

I have properties that rent out section 8 and properties I am renting rooms out to young professionals.

It just doesn't take twice as much work to list a $400,000 home as a $200,000 home, so shop around for competent professionals charging fees commensurate with the work.
