You will need to make sure that any brokerage you might hang your license at would not have a problem with it and the way you plan to do it.In addition, once you have the license you are then held to a higher standard and will be treated as such in any and all legal matters that may arise.

I guess, my first guy on the ground a trustworthy Real estate agent that I met face to face, maybe comes recommended just cause the fact he knows the area and you really had to trust the guy since you don't know much, then also I have done in the past just go around the area, se what kind of people hang at the coffee shops etcs, you cant judge a book by its cover but you can formulate a opinion and compared with data you may find on the crimerate monitor and talking with the agent.

Only limbs that hang over your property line can you remove.. without his permission.Call power company and say your concerned with the lines in the tree. they may come out to trim and maybe you could negotiate price for removal

More than anything I just wanted to know if it's just him that won't put 20% but will put 50% in or does he not see the hang up I have to work with (no cash, just credit).I mean if it's $100K project, he put in $20K (cash) and I put in $80K (credit).
