@Jerryll Noorden understandable about the website, being that I’m not tech, I actually have someone building one for me and should be done this weekend,However I also wanted something else to do where I can reach out and get in front of people, I come from a strong sales background and that’s my bread and butter, from cold calls to sitting knee to knee and making it happen.I know they have paid list that have “ absentee owners” however that’s not what I was looking for, more so “back taxes, probates, or work notices” are you saying those are no good and a waste of time?

Major difference in Tenants between a home off of McKinley and one 2000 ft away off of Electric Ave.The area is a mix of blue collar and First/Second generation Immigrants/refugees.

There are some exceptions like ocean front Gulf Coast properties where you have this odd mix of flood, property, and wind insurance.  

Banks are bound by Dodd Frank regs and even though repeal of that bad bill is in the mix it is still on the books so banks, large or small will have problems lending to you.  

Now I realize my goal was too small and am under contract to develop a mixed use commercial property and purchased another 4 unit this year.  

I have mixed feeling about it now.
