.- we typically use the same paint "White Clay" in eggshell from Behr, not available anymore but Sherwin Williams custom mixes it for us.

@Jerryll Noorden understandable about the website, being that I’m not tech, I actually have someone building one for me and should be done this weekend,However I also wanted something else to do where I can reach out and get in front of people, I come from a strong sales background and that’s my bread and butter, from cold calls to sitting knee to knee and making it happen.I know they have paid list that have “ absentee owners” however that’s not what I was looking for, more so “back taxes, probates, or work notices” are you saying those are no good and a waste of time?
