Investing in Buffalo

Hello BiggerPockets, I want to get started investing in Buffalo, NY and I want to know if anybody on here works in the area and is willing to chat with me so I can get some insight on the conditions of the market in Buffalo. Buffalo is my hometown and I'm hoping to get in the area and help improve some of the more rundown areas. I am not currently in Buffalo but I will be there multiple times a year to build my business. Thanks in advance,
Donnell
