We skipped the septic inspection on one of ours and it costs us nearly $40k and two years to finish the project and sell it.

I have done 3 projects with this guy, and never had a problem.

I believe that many houses being built now will sell for slightly less than projected.

The main reason I joined BP was the massive support of this community!  

Urban living can afford the same outdoor experiences as suburban or rural (just come to Denver and hang out at one of our many parks on a weekend for beautiful trees, open fields, and PLENTY of space to set up and hang out however you want - and you don't have to take care of a massive yard to get all that enjoyment!

The numbers have met the projections they gave me.

This created the issue of tenants breaking the lease and a three month rehab project.  

The total cost once its all said and done for the year is 17.6% unless I am calculating this the wrong way to determine the total % you are paying on the OPM over the course of a years worth of projects.

Have located two perfect land parcels for consideration of developing a new MHP in Chicagoland suburbs. Seeking references for site planners and architects to consult with.  Can anyone assist?  Thanks.
