Mid South Home and Memphsis
Hi All,
I wanted to see if anyone has a recent experience to share about MSHB in Memphsis, TN. I am currently on wait list for last 4-5 months. I have only heard good things about them here on BiggerPockets and on the web too.
If anyone can share a word or two about their experiences, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, those are currently investing with Terry and his team, did you guys work with an agent specially those who aren't local.

We have a couple of properties with them and it has been a great experience so far. They are extremely friendly and responsive to inquiries. The numbers have met the projections they gave me.
