It is directly on the lake/river with 2 docks (2bd/2bath) but it is manufactured on land.

The issue is it's very difficult to borrow on an investment manufactured home.

But I don't see similar instruction when considering partnership income (schedule E part II).My questions:1.

The third in CA was conventional 20% down owner occ, but I rotated the money around through manufactured spending and floated for the down payment. 

So now when i am buying in those states I instruct the attorney to run title day one and do not start any other due diligence until i get the title report back  at least due diligence that cost significant money.. 

It is possible the people living there have a lease and were just waiting for the the new owner to contact them with instructions to pay rent.

They are a manufactured product made to last and should be able to be repolished or sanded if needed, but ask an expert.But, in our lower priced rentals, I would put in low priced granite, which still had the wow factor, even though I knew where to get it for about the same price as laminate.

My main business though is chemical manufacturing and we're looking to expand via purchasing a building.
