@Sam Parr the major impact that we were seeing was a huge drop in new listings, and many properties were being withdrawn from the MLS because sellers didn't want to seem desperate to sell in a time like that.However, this is rapidly changing and we're already seeing a strong return to the previous market as everybody who was waiting to sell or buy is flooding back into the market.

However, I want to avoid issues acquiring more properties under LLC in the future.An idea to avoid this, is to setup an LLC property management company that manages these properties held in Trust.

It is also easier to see issues with the walls removed.

Many times the listing agent will advertise some of those pertinent details especially about short term rentals because that is a common question/issue.

I'm a land broker in Southern California and a lot of my sellers are families with issues like this.
