They are a SCAM.

It's all about who you choose to associate with - do you due diligence always.I'm not aware of any laws/regulations in place to protect you in case a private lender scams you.  

You can find a house right now on BP where the seller was scammed by an unlicensed broker that signed a contract, lied to the owner about showing the house to an "inspector" when they were actually someone the "buyer" was trying to assign to, and then walked away leaving the owner with nothing but a bad experience AND an education on how many of the frauds in this realm work.

Read reviews (be careful for paid pumpers) and check out the cost structure, Google the name of the program and the people involved along with the word “scam” and see what you can find out.

Thoughts BP, is it a scam or worth it??

Ive been interested in real estate for the longest and every attempt i have made to enter in the real estate world has just been either a scam or just wasnt the right fit.

Just send it all to me - at least I won't try to scam you out of your money :)Seriously, be cautious when you disclose that you have significant sums of money on the internet, as that will attract all sorts of scammers and riff-raff trying to separate you from your money - especially by proposing things to you that might seem like good opportunities on the surface.

We lost so much money so decided to step back and seems like company is a bit of a scam.

  ( not saying this is a scam) but the ones I talked to that wanted the 500.00 after interviewing them for turn key reviews I could tell they were not all that.
