Why wouldn't you want warm leads and then clarify the situation once you've received the contact?

It's not usually that warm here in early June and the pool wasn't heated (and wasn't advertised as heated).

If there's a lot of time left on the lease, then that's a different story..I can imagine that in LA you have fairly warm temps right now, even though it is winter so finding a new tenant (I'm assuming that's where the rental is located based on your city).

I find in warm belt states many consumers will eat a donut occasionally but too hot to eat donuts all the time.
