Should I or should I not send direct mail to pre-foreclosure homeowners WITHOUT knowing upfront how much they owe on the property? I would hate to put myself in a situation where I contact them first only to back out the deal because I did not have all the needed information I needed from the start like mortgage owed plus other fees and equity amount.
