Hey folksI'm looking to network with local RE professionals - agents, wholesalers, contractors, property managers to better understand the Indy market.

I am looking to build and expand my network (and would appreciate any tips/advice).

Regardless offering  A B  C terms is pretty easy.. and I guess if no one has heard of the concept this is good intoWe have had this one in our quiver since the mid 70s  LOL.. although sometimes you give them analysis paralysis and then they have to talk to their CPA and their attorney and they don't understand etc etc  ( seller) so probably want to figure out the business acumen of the seller  Lest you confuse them

I'm working to grow my broker/investor networks, and track individual projects better as I pursue my next syndication.

I have been really getting invested on education and networking in the last couple of months.

We had our first meeting this past Saturday to network and it was pretty fun!

There is a very supportive investor network in the Madison area.
