I own about 375 units overall now in 4 states, and even though this is a smaller place, they are very automated on their systems and manage things very effectively for me.  

I'm just building a form in podio that does some automation on the back end and getting at the proper formula helps in my automation.  

I use Freedomsoft to analyze my deals but it's not very automated.  

You can even use a service like rent for automated lockbox access so they tour without you (have cameras).Good luck buddy!!!

There are 5 states now that don't allow automation services to pull criminal.

I emailed Brandon but got an automated response and completely understand why. 

The premise is you are a techie and will use the S/Q to its full potential and can automate stuff to minimize your time/pain.

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

Some of that can be done through sites like this, but you will need to be able to directlydeal with people and hopefully masses of people to make the most out of things.Some of it may be able to be automated to some extent, but to overcome the problems that will arise you will need to interact with the masses quite a bit.
