Looking From Property Management Insights

Alex K.
Posted

Hello, I'm new here and just registered.

I've come here looking for insights into property management. I'd like to know what the field entails from the stand point of being a property manager. I ask this because I've been given the opportunity to both purchase and manage properties for a wealthy individual. I've been told this is a lucrative offer.

However accepting this offer would require changing careers. I currently work for a tech company.

My general questions are, what's the biggest aspect of the job? How much dealing with tenants is there? Do I need to be a people person?

Let me know if this is not the right forum or section.

Thanks
