They already count this room in my square footage.Does anyone know if getting this permitted will allow me to change the listing to a 5br house?

If it changes to red, it's lead. 

I would get super frustrated because it always felt like whenever we would get a good commission check, bonus, raise, etc. we would get hit with a big maintenance ticket that would set us back to square one.So fast forward to 2020, our house is a piece of junk.

So if somebody has an active license in another state, and wants to get a CO license too, they only have to take the state portion of the test to get a CO license rather than starting at square one with all the course requirements.

With that being said, you need to dig deep into the sales, see if you can obtain the economic data, cap rates, net operating income per square foot, etc. this will help tell the story with the property.

We've moved from there to 3 thousand, to 10 thousand, now 16,000 square feet.
