I am remarried to the most amazing woman a guy could have.

You need to come across as a  man (or woman) that owns a company.Come on now..This is what I used when I was still a mere mortal back in the day.

The first thing I learned is that wholesalers are amazing marketers and even better sales men/woman.

I got a letter from some woman who offered to buy my house, which she has never seen, for exactly 60% of the assessed tax value (which is far below the fair market value.)  

I have been talking to a woman about selling her rundown house to me.  

While I'm continually amazed at the wealth of knowledge I come across on BP every day, as a woman in REI, I have to make mention of a few fellow women who have been an inspiration for me (in no particular order): @Brie Schmidt, Elizabeth Colegrove, Liz Faircloth, K Marie Poe, @Dawn Anastasi, and Marcia Maynard

Reminds me of the day I thought a beautiful woman began randomly talking to me at the grocery store.
